CHIEF INSTRUCTER, Sensei Trevor Potter 7th dan, established the Heighington Bushido Kai karate club in 1969. Originally located in Heighington village, it has since grown to cover a much wider area of Lincoln. We are a traditional martial arts club studying Wado Ryu; meaning 'the way of peace and harmony', Karate; meaning 'empty handed'. Club training consists of the basics, kata (form) & kumite.
