Improve Bounce Rate?

I have a landing page for an ad. It seems to be very relevant, but it is the highest bounce rate I have for my site?

It's an ecommerce site selling a paticular type of item. The landing page is a page full of 60 different types of those items.

Are there any guides to making better landing pages other than good design and relevant content?
